Edwina Fu: I have Microsoft Security Essentials on my computer and I must say that it is fantastic. It will warn you when you get a virus and it will automatically clean your computer for you. It has removed Trojans and Adware from my computer and I'm pretty sure, to answer your question, that it will tell you if something or someone hooks on to your computer to steal information.
