Jen Maday: Go to the nearest Marina/Yacht Club and ask, the Commadore may suggest that you take a USCG safe boating class, or they may offer one there.Once you have introduced yourself and found the correct path, and taken lessons, then by all means, utilize the USCG AUX and or any Marinas or Yacht Clubs in that are and get out and sail!
