Water bottles?

Maynard Reevers: ummmmm idk, but i do know that 8 out of 10 water bottles get thrown away, thus staying in landfills for millions of years to decompose. why wouldnt the lazy people walk 10 steps just to put it in the recycling bin?i know that i try to recycle and save the enviornment as much time as i can so the next generation of kids dont die with what we did to the enviornment.

Alecia Kaehler: qqqqqqqqqq

Gwenda Micheals: put the recycle bin at the every theme park. and we are also can help to increase the cleanliness. everybody need to have first class minded, u can tell the person that throw the bottle or other thing as they like to throw it, that our environment is ourlives and u take the rubbish that they throw and put it into the recycle bin. this will make them feel quite embarrassed

Catheryn Small: Geez.----go get some sleep.

Corrina Faro: For the 6 billion gallons of bottled water sold in 2002, 1.5 million tons of plastic went to packagin! g. 90% of all plastic water bottles end up in landfills or along roadways as litter. 30 million plastic bottles are trashed every day and 10 billion are discarded every year. That’s about one Olympic-size pool of water bottles every half hour! On top of all of that plastic (which mind you can leach chemicals), think about the energy used to manufacture and transport all of those bottles of water. According to the Pacific Institute, in 2006, the production of bottles for American consumption used more than 17 million barrels of oil (not including transportation costs), produced more than 2.5 million tons of carbon dioxide, and used at least 3 liters of water to make every 1 liter of bottled water. The bottled water industry is incredibly wasteful. On top of that, in many cases, you're just paying for bottled tap water. Or even worse, sometimes the water is less "pure" than your tap water at home!A great option for recreation companies is to promote the use of reusabl! e water bottles. Nalgene bottles have been huge for quite a w! hile but several studies have shown that even sturdy plastics leach some chemicals into your water. Other options include Kleen Kanteen (stainless steal water bottles) and Sigg (aluminum water bottles)....Show more

Tom Romer: hmm toughy very tough...only (slight) possibility is that their can be recycling facility's put into place in gyms and the like due to an increase in amount of recyclable rubbish there (basically allowing more viable recycling points)but it mostly just makes things worse of the environment lol...Show more
