Eldridge Rieves: If you file your divorce in Hawaii and the funds are low you can fill out a fee waiver which will waive all the court fees. From what I know you would need to get a divorce in the U.S. for it to be valid. Getting on in Mexico will only be valid there. If neither of you live in Mexico, you should just skip that process.
