cooking veg in the slow cooker?

Mauro Cowee: I would put no water in with them and let the steam from the moisture in the vegetables do the cooking. Put them on the lowest temperature your cooker has and cook them only until tender, not all day. That sounds pretty darn good, might have to try that myself. :)
