Terrell Lawman: for u a pay as u go is the best stick with what u have. Metro PCS, all they do is prepaid plans, has an unlimited every thing plan for like 50$ a month.
Ronald Moehr: Well veriozn has good plans for anyone and everyone and you get amazing service(i have verizon) but also t-mobile would probably have good plans for college students.Hope this helps=)
Stan Conley: My husband & I use at&t (cingular) pay as you go because we got tired of being charged of fees and surcharges and also don't have to agree with credit checks and the length of the contract. I would urge you to shop around and see what is best for you. There are many cell phone plans out there and they are always advertising new ones. For example there is Tmobile,Virgin,Alltel, Jitterbug, and etc.
Daren Ventrice: Verizon won't let you use your old phone because they don't use SIM cards. I would talk to people at your school and see which provider gets the best service for what price.! It depends on who you're calling--do you want a lot of cheap minutes to call people on other networks, or are most of the people you're planning to call in your network so you can use "own network" minutes? That sort of thing. Talk to different companies about what you want and then decide.
