Inge Mclaurine: i was born with one on my eyebrow and one on my cheek butw when i was in 2nd grade one just appeared on my nose randomly..you cant make them come..gbut they will and NO you cant get one from a zit...thats the dumbest question ever.

Barrett Alosa: i dont think so, you can get a scar from a zit or pimple. i have 2 beauty marks that ive had since i was about 4. they just appeared one day
