Neville Dautremont: It kind of makes sense. History records what societies throughout the world have done. Society/social. Get the picture?
Anton Waln: Being that its the study of humanity over a given course of time, its a science because its looking at data, records, and accounts from historians and people from the era, its to help us learn from the mistakes of the past to help prevent them from happening again in the future. The social part is simple because its about the interaction of human society, over the ages, though it can be applied to an alien race too if humans so discovered it.
Shaunta Paap: history makes everything, without history ther would be nothing. WE wouldn't know how to act with people, and people interacting with others has made history itself. WE wouldn't know theories about life like the bible or the big bang theroy. How life came to the world! that is history! dates when we came into the world! hope that helps!
Charissa Riley: ! History is part of social science. Like when study about the evolution of the living things. When we research about the past we should know where it come from and how it start.
