WASHINGTON - Sen. Ted Kennedy's widow will sit with first lady Michelle Obama tonight when the president delivers his health care speech. Victoria Kennedy is among 22 people Mrs. Obama has invited to sit with her when President Barack Obama addresses a joint session of Congress at the U.S. Capitol.
