Spanish teens get eyeful (Portsmouth Herald)

PORTSMOUTH â€" It's not every day you get to see a high ranking police officer bitten by a police canine and tased by one of his colleagues, but that is one of the many memories a group of 13 Spanish students will bring back overseas this weekend.
