Cash for Appliances Program Starts this Fall (KIAH-TV Houston)

The Cash-for-Clunkers program helped the auto industry boost car sales. Now 300 million taxpayer dollars will be made available to boost the sales of appliances, and get more energy efficient devices into American homes.
