Marshall movie was reality show (Peoria Journal Star)

It’s more than a movie or a feel-good story to Jim Pry, the Illinois receivers coach.   Marshall University. Huntington, W.Va. The fall of 1971. Devastated by a charter plane crash that killed 75 players, coaches and fans of Marshall football plus a crew of five on Nov. 14, 1970, a school and community pieced together their emotions and a team. The events inspired the movie “We are Marshall.”
